About
Join us in celebrating Earth Month at BGSU by making a lasting impact on our campus! On Thursday, April 16th, from 1:00–2:15 PM, we will be planting new trees at BGSU to enhance our urban forest, strengthen local ecosystems, and promote a healthier environment. The meeting location is Lot H, which is near Psychology and the EIC.
Trees do more than provide beauty—they help cool our campus, improve air quality, and reduce stormwater runoff, making them vital for a more sustainable future. They also support pollinators, birds, and other wildlife, helping to preserve biodiversity right here at BGSU. By participating, you’re not only giving back to the environment but also leaving a legacy that will benefit future generations of Falcons. The Student Green Initiatives Fund has graciously provided funding for these trees.
