About

Friday Night Lights(+) is back to turn those lights off! FNL(+) is a program aimed at helping BGSU save energy over the weekend when many academic buildings are not is use. The primary goals to help BGSU power down lights and computers left on in 8 campus buildings. There is typically an extra assignment, such as hanging up a few posters, each week. It should take each group no longer than 45 minutes to complete.

More details for the additional task for each team will be explained prior to the start of the service event. Please meet outside the Theater on the 2nd Floor of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union no later than 6:30pm. It's best to not bring any personal items that you wouldn't want to carry.

Last year, volunteers helped BSGU save over 4,800 kWh of electricity and approximately $18,459 in energy bills!
