Integrated Community assists and supports immigrants as they integrate, contribute, and maintain their independence in our Northwest Colorado community. Our primary target population is limited English speaking, low-income, under-employed youth, families and community members looking to understand and access resources and services in Routt County. however, Integrated Community also serves local businesses, medical providers, law enforcement, school teachers, counselors, and non-immigrant community members. The more services we can provide, the less dependent our clients will be on emergency and crisis services, which ultimately results in a more unified, thriving community.
